五式得配飲食:一次一種食物,carbo, protein, veggies. Never combine protein and carbo. No pork. Avoid white sugar, replace w honey. Eat egg white only after muscle exercise, otherwise only egg yolk. Chew, 否則就是胃裏的炸彈。eat one medium well egg yolk per day, between meals.
第六式:only after 練五式七輪暢通,有性力量。並已圓滿過不再有缺憾,後禁慾。
第七式+飲食:要精微化,飲食必須低脂肪,#戒酒,戒白糖#,儘量不要吃澱粉(除非徹底咀嚼)。必須多喝水。
第七式Om:少吃多餐,每次3-4次,每天十次。初學者過度刺激松果體不是好事(Om對第七輪和松果體刺激效果強大)。帶著覺放空誦才有用。
五式:Warm shower after yoga. Combine with cardio exercise routines for best rejuvenation results.
